Being a part of a team is something that has always appealed to me. I love the comradery in the team. I appreciate the way we push each other to be better and stronger. I rely on the team’s accountability to encourage me to be present and give my all. Milestone Team Training encompasses all that! We are on a journey to be the best version of ourself. Whether the goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, lose inches, or gain strength, Milestone Team Training makes this possible. Our personal trainers work with the team step by step as a coach to train and encourage each individual and the team to show up, give your all, and support each other in the goals that have been set. It is exciting! It is intentional! It is the perfect fit for anyone with a fitness goal of a lifetime of healthy living!


Virginia Slicker

I earned my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University. I had the privilege to teach elementary and middle school English for five years and coach girls’ high school soccer for three years. I transitioned that love for teaching and physical fitness into personal training, small group training, and group fitness. In 2008 I received my training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have now been a trainer for 10 years and look forward to many more years to come.
